Choice between two older P4 skt478 mobos

If you had a choice between using this mobo (P4B-MX) that supports 3x512MB PC133 SDRAM memory and has an AGP 4x slot (no onboard video), or this mobo (MS-6577 v4.1) that handles 2x1GB of PC266/333 DDR1 memory (only has onboard video--no AGP slot at all) which would you use? I have both boards, and I have 2 P4 cpus-- a 1.6Ghz that came with the P4B-MX, and a 2.6Ghz that came with the MS-6577. I assume I can interchange the 2 cpus (may need bios update on the P4B-MX) since they are both skt 478 cpus, so I figure I'll put the faster cpu with the best mobo. Which mobo would you pair with the 2.6Ghz cpu? I plan on using the SFF desktop case that the P4B-MX is currently in. Thanks!

PS this box will be for my kids, no extreme gaming needed just kids games and internet surfing, homework, etc.

The best one (using the P4-2.6Ghz) will go to my kids for the purposes stated above, the least one (using the P4 1.6Ghz) will probably go to my brother to replace a P3-450Mhz box that he is currently using. The lesser build will be for surfing and light word processing most likely.

The one with PC133 memory is way slower, so it's best suited for the garbage.
So take the other one.

€dit: uups, didn't see that the other one doesn't have an AGP...
So it's a choice between pest and cholera, hard choice...

All I can say is: throw a coin...

That was my thought too, but I like to get second opinions. I guess I can always find a PCI Video card if the DDR board needs a graphics update. Looks like that one goes to my kids...

I'm not trashing the P4-1.6Ghz PC133 board, though, it will be a good upgrade to my brothers P3-450 that he is using now.

Thanks for the reply!

OP: Do you already HAVE an agp card for the one with a slot? Because if you were planning on buying one that was halfway decent, you might as well toss it and start over...

No, I have some old AGP cards and since it is PC133 memory and the slot is only a 4x AGP anyway its not like that mobo was going to support some serious gaming. It currently has the ATI RagePro 16MB it came with, and I have a Radeon 7000 and an old SIS315-64T that I can put in there if it needs anything stronger. I just wanted to determine the best mobo to keep for my kids and pass the lesser one to my brother.
