My son has been taking Choi Kwang Do for about half a year at his school (he's 3 1/2 now). I really didn't think much of it because of the fact it was being held at his preschool and the fact he was only 3. My wife and I just thought it would be a fun physical activity at school so we signed him up.
Well, his teacher informed us last week that she thought he was ready for belt testing. We took him to the testing yesterday and he earned his senior white belt. Granted the testing wasn't particularly difficult for the pre-schoolers but it was still fun to see the kids punching, kicking, and kneeing.
So, now I'm reading up on Choi Kwang Do. Anyone hear have any experience or anecdotes they'd like to share with me about Choi Kwang Do.
