Dark Chocolate is the best, there's one from Cadbury called "Jamaica" and it has some rum in it - very very nice.

get a hershey's miniature special dark (milk will also do) and carve out a piece of sharp cheddar about the same size

I had a very bad experience with white chocolate when I was little and I decided to buy a big square brick of white baker's chocolate. Needless to say I spent that night puking my guts out. But it was the best tasting puke I've ever had.
