CHKDSK running on every boot

My PC has started running a CHKDSK on my D: drive every time I boot to XP. It never finds any errors, but it still keeps running every time. After a power failure at my apartment building last week while the PC was on, CHKDSK ran (as usual for a non-standard shutdown) and corrected a few index errors on both C: and D:. I've run manual scans on all my drives that don't turn up any errors, but it still keeps scanning D: every time I boot. Does anyone know how to stop this?

D: is actually a partition of a 3-drive RAID 5 array and I don't think that any of the three drives are going bad. I'll take a look at the link, though. Thanks.

Edit: Darn, that didn't work. CHKDSK wasn't in the scheduled tasks and the registry key was already set correctly. Any more ideas?

Weird... I'd tried manually running CHKDSK to see if that would stop the boot CHKDSK but it didn't work. However, I tried running Norton Disk Doctor all that did the trick. No idea why...
