Chirping video card

hi guys, i just built a new computer and used my old ti4200 64mb from the old computer, but now it seems to make a chirping noise, well it might not be the video card but it sounds like it is. any ideas?

chaintech mobo, 2800+amd64, zalman heatsinkfan, mushkin pc3200 512mb, ti4200 64mb

im pretty sure its not any fans or the hard drive. could be from the video card? and it makes the noise alot more then i use my scroll on my mouse on webpages
