Chipset?

With a thermometer, Speedfan, and my finger on the heatsink. All i can tell you is that CSS is artifactnig, and I have a 80mm JET series fan from CoolerMaster blowing on it to keep it cool.
EDIT: Is the Zalman cooler gonna cool off my chipset enough, or do I need to build a chipset cooler myself. Also I have a VC overhang.

I need a answer for tommorow ppl! My local pc store is open then, and they only have 1 Zalman chipset cooler! Is it ok to cut sum of the pins off to fit underneath the VC overhang??!!!?!?!!?!?

I don't see why not. The Zalman chipset cooler is very cheap, so give it a shot. You however need decent airflow in you case though.

It would be helpful to know your setup too. What kind of mobo? etc..

K I have the Gigabyte K8N-XP-SLi, the 3D-1 that came with it that overhangs the chipset. 1 gig of RAM, 3200+ with a Hyper 48+ on it. Um 4 fans blowing down on the chipset heatsink, 2 exashust, 1 on my HDD, and 1 blowing on my 2nd GPU. Is there anyway to cool off the chipset without taking the whole mobo out? Or could I just replace the fan?

Well, I can't install the Zalman cooler. My northbridge is under my PCI-Express card. I'm just gonna put a new fan on, and if that doesn't work I'll put some AS5 on the chipset.

well nforce4 runs very hot. the heatsink should be burning hot like everyone else. It seems like you have good airflow. Unless the heatsink/fan is not installed properly, I wouldn't worry about it. If you are using a physical temp probe (fan controller...), then 76 degree seems reasonable.

Thnx for the imput! Plus I put Arctic Silver 5 on, and it's still regeristing 71C. I might buy a new fan for it. Plus when I put the Arctic Silver 5 on, I installed the second fan on my 3D-1 so that might help it. Plus now it makes a jet engine sound!😀
