Chipset voltage

When overclocking the FSB on my NF7-S, what should I tweak the chipset voltage up to? I'm looking to hit 220 or so with my TwinMos PC3200.
 
basically up it if you find that you're unstable at high fsb...

but make sure that you put on better cooling on your northbridge if you do up the voltage, stock heatsinks gerenally suck on n/b's
