ChipSet Sinks/fans

Need A recommendation for a good Chipset Sink or Fan for a Geforce 2 and Epox something or other mother board. Preferably the sink, but I dont know how well it would work as I really have 0 air flow in my case (Getting Water cooling ) but the fans are the most noisy part of the whole stupid computer so I need something quiet. Also would prefer that it has mounting Holes as I dont like the Idea of Epoxy incase I get A splitter and get the water cooled Chipset cooler

Corb? Not fimiliar with it. btw I did see a posibility of what I want. The Global win This probibly will work for me.
