Chipset HSF, Worth it?

Is adding a HSF, say an blorb, to a northbridge worth it? Has anyone gained increased FSB by doing this? What if I just redo the current HSF (Abit active on the KT7a) with arctic silver adhesive?
 
I have heard of a few people being able to crank a few more Mhz out of the FSB by sticking a BLORB on the mobo. Worth a shot I suppose..
