Chipset fans and other fans not working

I recently upgraded my CPU and ever since the fans plugged into my Asus A8N do not spin. The chipset fan will not spin and neither will any fan plugged into one of the 3-pin slots on the motherboard. I have tried reseating them, but no luck. I tried to find some bios setting that might help, but the only thing I can find are the fan warnings.

Any suggestions?

well i've seen one board where the postive and negative wires were swithched on the fans and it fried the fan controller on the board, so u can check the back and see if there is any scorched stuff, other than that all i can say is try some other fans on different headers
