Chipset ECC support

Does P965 or p35 support ECC RAM?

Thanks for delazyfiying me. But I still am not sure which chipsets are ok with ECC. This page http://www.intel.com/support/m...sktop/sb/cs-009023.htm is listing only high end chipsets as compatible but this is a board compatiblity list, not chipset.

You'll want to enter the "Chipsets" section and have a quick look at the product briefs for the two chipsets you listed above.

X38 and 975x both support ECC.

The other two however do not. They add that to the enthusiast lines that can be used in workstations.

There is no mention of it in product brief.
