Chipset drivers and XP

I have the Asus A7M266 board with a 1.4 t-bird. It uses the AMD-761 chipset (northbridge) and VIA (southbridge). Is it a bad idea to try installing the VIA 4 in 1 drivers on my computer? I have updated the AMD chipset drivers, but not the VIA ones. What do you think?

You can install them if you wish. Just make sure you do NOT install the AGP driver. You can install the other 3.

All I have seen and read say that the native XP drivers work just fine and no real advantage is gained from using the updated 4-in-1's. It would not hurt to try as you can always roll back the drivers. And, as bozo1 said, do not install the AGP.
