Chipset Cooling

What is the best chipset cooler with pushpin mounts?
I'm running a DFI lanparty UT and the chipset gets awfully hot.

I'm kinda looking at the Thermaltake Extreme Spirit, but I'm not sure, it's kinda loud.

You can put any, but make sure it has fan with it, or you can add fan later.
