Chipset Coolers

What's the best chipset cooler(passive or active) that you can buy? Is it beneficial to replace the stock chipset cooler if you are going to overclock? I'm curious. Also would it be beneficial to put a chipset cooler on the southbridge? Thanks for your replies....

The Zalman ZM-NB47J is excellent on my Quiet Overclocked Barton 2500+.

Could cause a problem with some CPU heatsinks due to it's height though.
