I've pretty well decided on the processor type (Intel) even knowing the arguments to the contrary.
Having said that:
Is the Intel P4 660 compatible with the 955x chipset and if not can anyone refer me to a definitive comparison between 945 P or G Express, 925XE or X Express or the 915 Express Chipsets that I might make an informed decision when ordering the Mobo.
For instance the ASUS P5WD2 can be had with the 955x chipset and the specs. indicate (at Newegg)that it supports Intel Pentium EE(HT)/Pentium 4 HT/Pentium D processors. The is ar odds with information from the Intel website.
Opinions would, of course, also be appreciated
