chipset, bluescreen

I'm having this issue with my computer where it blue screens randomly, and its a completely random bluescreen each time, sometimes it says tcpip.sys, nv4_disp.dll, and USBPORT.sys. I think my issue is definately hardware related, I've had my computer for about 2.5 years, and it has ran perfect up until a few months ago. I have also ran memtest on my memory overnight no errors, and chkdsk on my hard drive no bad sectors. I also noticed that my chipset fan does not work, so im currently looking for a replacement, but I took a regular fan and pointed it in the case and I'm still getting the bluescreens.

Here's my system specs:

A8N-SLI Deluxe
OCZ EL Platinum Revision 1GB (2x512MB) ram
Diamond Max 10 300GB hard drive
AMD Athlon 64 3500+ Winchester
evga 7900 GS
OCZ PSU
