Hey Guys, would I get maximum speed out of my SSD on a B150 or H110 motherboard?

Thanks :D

Shouldn't be any speed difference between either of those two chipsets.
For the very best available performance option, an M.2 NVMe SSD would probably be the one form factor to pick. Of course, a Raid 0 array of two NVMe SSD's would be even faster.

Yes, yes and yes....but I would recommend going to Z170 for more features and the best support of newer tech and peripherals.
