chipset and ssd speed

If those chipsets have SATA 6Gb/s interfaces, then, with a good SSD, you will get all you can out of SATA III.

Particularly if Intel. AMD chipset storage performance, much like it's integrated USB controller performance, always seems inferior to Intel's by a good 10% (or even more). At least, they were for several years from Socket 939 ~ AM3, haven't checked in a couple years since I stopped buying AMD other than GPUs.
