Chipotle testing new burger concept in my hometown.

Heard about this on the news yesterday. Gotta be one of the worst names for a restaurant, not sure what they were thinking.
Seems like an awfully competitive space to be going into. Maybe they're going to do something different but I don't see how they can differentiate themselves enough to make this into the next big thing.

From my limited experience with Chipotle I'll say this is a good idea their menu is pretty limited. I do like how they try to keep stuff fresh and local. I don't like the previous food poisoning outbreaks. The ones I've been in always look clean & organized but they still don't have a good track record. Right now I'd be concerned with them handling beef.

I guess occasional outbreaks are the cost of using fresh food and unpreserved meats vs preserved meats and bleach sprayed veggies.
