szechuan chinese food is from what? east? or something. but i know that its mainly SPICY food. go to any szechuan resturaunt, you will find that MOST of their dishes are all spicy. even the vegetables, they are even hot. hunan, was...i forgot. wasnt it seafood mainly? or something from the coastal regions. aggh i forgot, and im chinese too! but my ancestors and family were from north west china. xi'an, the place where the emprorer lived during the tang dynasty :D

being Korean i can tell you. i love bi bim bap, but it's a ripoff. all they do is have cooked rice and add some ground beef, vegetables and a sunny side up egg and Red Pepper paste.

it's soo easy to make.

Chinese - General Tso's Chicken (a place down the street fixed some AWESOME spicy fried rice with shrimp, beef, chicken, and pork. thank would be my favorite but the place closed down :()
Thai - Seafood Pataya is all I've tried but I liked it.

Never tried Korean or Vietnamese, though there is a Vietnamese restaurant in Charleston (SC) that I might try out when I go home in a few weeks.
