Chinese to english program??

Hey all,
Does anybody know of a program that will translate chinese characters into english words? does such a program even exist?? thanks.
 
I own a chinese dictionary... every chinese character seemes to have at least ten totally different meanings... i think it will be one of the hardest translatable languages...

(the fact that i own a dictionary doesn't mean i understand a single line of chinese)
 
Hey thanks. that alta vista translator is by far the best one that i have seen yet in translating traditional chinese characters into english. It's not the greatest translation, but its enough for me to get by on.
