Alright, I know Im not the only one that noticed that every single chinese takeout has pretty much the same menu...so Im assuming the recipies are basically the same?

Anywhere on the net to get these exact recipies? I want to make general tsos and chicken lo mein. :)

Well Ive made it before using online recipies, but it never even comes close to as good as the ones you get from the takeout.

most chinese restaurants cook their food in woks with an industrial gas stove. One that gets MUCH hotter than your home stove. You'll never be able to reproduce chinese take out if you don't have one.

MSG = headaches / migraines = :evil:

You can also tell the food contained msg if you become really thirsty after eating it.
