I just threw them away, my skin felt like it was burning when I touched it

and I touched it accidentally, i was just transporting it to the trash can and then I was like "wtf are these rocks doing in my hand?" then I saw the open bag and lo' and behold, Chinese silica looks an awful lot like crushed pebbles

I think the color depends on the origin of the heroin. the china white that came out of Vietnam and Thailand back in the day was MUCH more white than that. Mexican Brown heroin might be that color...and Mexican tar heroin will be almost black...kind of like the resin in your bong...

(you don't want to know how I know...trust me on that)


That "silica dessicant" looks more like cat litter than silica gel...

I'm just going to email the company and let them know they need to check their shipments for defective products and then bring the hammer down on whoever sold them their "packets"

I'm sure nobody will care but what if this rock packet fell apart in your brand new DSLR box?

Depends what it is. If it was heroin, I wouldn't really care. If it was some cyanide compound (China....) then yes I would care.
 
Why is it that it always says "do not eat" on those things anyway? There are lot of things you should not eat, such as packing peanuts, or the cardboard box, why do they have to actually put that on those? I always found that amusing.

Anyway I sent a msg to the business to have them do an inventory check. I'd be uber-pissed if I spent $500 on dozens of huge boxes of this crap, only to find out it's a bunch of crap.

Yeah I kinda figured that, because this lawsuit system we live in is retarded but they may as well follow suit and put that on all the packing peanuts and stuff too. 😱 Or is the sillica gel just much more dangerous compared to other stuff? Guess some idiot could mistake it for candy I suppose lol. That was not candy with your Newegg order... D:
