Chinese phones

I'm looking at the various Chinese phones and they seem intriguing. The THL W100 looks promising but I can't find confirmation anywhere that it would work with T-Mobile here in the states. Anyone have any ideas?

Band 2G: GSM 850/900/1800/1900MHz
3G: WCDMA 850/2100MHz

T-Mobile operates on 1900MHz for 2G, and 1700MHz (in the process of converting to 1900MHz) on 3G. So, the THK W100 will work on T-mobile's GSM network, you can make phone calls and get data at about 120kb/s, but it won't connect to T-Mobile's 3G network.

Unless you're trying to game the IMEI database, don't get a no-name import. No real warranty, no ***munity support, iffy QC...

I saw that, and that's what seems so sketchy as I've seen other reviews and places listing it that say it can do 4G (not LTE), so the info seems to be all over the place. Thanks for the info/help, though.
