Chinese interface for PDAs

My mother is looking to get a PDA but prefers using Chinese, I know there are devices sold in Asia that have a Chinese interface or at least allows you to use Chinese for certain programs, I was wondering if there was any way I could purchase either the software or a Chinese OS PDA in the states.

I think my choices will be limited should I go for a Chinese OS PDA, so the better road for me to take IMHO is to get a PDA and then install the Chinese OS or program onto it. Pocket PC or Palm, doesn't really matter to me.
