Chinese games in English windows XP?

Does anybody know how to get the text of Chinese games to display properly in an English version of Windows XP? I've tried NJStar but that doesn't seem to work in the game. Any help appreciated, thanks.

Chinese games are not fully compliant with Windows development standards for Windows 2000/Windows XP, so they don't reference the language DLLs properly.

The only way that you can get the text to display is to use Chinese Windows.
