Chinese Font on a english install of windows 2000

Ok i have the local set right i can type a word doco right my applications are working correctly.

but the problem that i have is in the "title bar" like right above file / edit/etc... it is just jibberish.

is there a way to have the "title bar" display in the chinese also.

You need to change your System Locale in Regional Options to Chinese (TW) or Chinese (PRC).
