Guess it makes more financial sense to make and sell their particular items here. Of course they don't have to deal with tariffs as a result (at least when that particular company's plant is finished).

Not surprising. There are some Indian companies that opened up call centers in Ohio.

Lenovo's global HQ is actually here in the US with a co-facility in China...and they employ thousands in North America.

When oil peaked before, some american companies pulled back and started to manufacture here again, because with fuel costs, it was too expensive to ship from China into your chosen markets.

Well, to be fair, those Lenovo employees in the US were probably mostly former IBM employees.
