I thought about it before, but watching the Chinese New Year Celebration on TV reminded me of it. What does CCTV stand for in China? There are multiple channels like CCTV1-CCTV12 or something. I know it's not closed circuit TV because you can watch some of the CCTV channels all over China and even America (through satelite.) Maybe Comunist China Television? But prolly not since China doesn't really call themself Communist.
