Probably fine for running terminal services, but not much else.

wow very basic design and very few transistors
they are atleast 2 years behind in process technology and as much as 8 years behind on design
it would prob perform like a P1 running at 600mhz (if there was such a thing)

Well, I don't know if this even would run x86 software but if it did I'm thinking once they hit ARCA-3 they'd have an ultra-cheap chip fast enough for the masses in China, esp if they're using Linux. (ARCA-3 is supposed to hit 600 MHz.)
