I've been in three accidents, two involved women. One she slammed on her breaks in the rain because a dog ran by, I was in the passenger seat, speed limit was 45, we couldn't stop in time because it was wet. The second one was my fault I'll admit I ran a red light, but the woman who hit me didn't swerve out of the way or step on the breaks. She slammed into me. Why? She was doing her makeup and didn't see me.
I have male and female friends, I have more male friends than female friends, the amount of accidents is disproportional to the amount of females there are to males. One of my female friends has totaled 3 cars. The best part is she pays less for insurance than I do and I don't even have a ticket on my record, just an accident that happened just shy of 3 years ago.
It might be sexist, but I would say on average women are worse drivers than men. There are exceptions and I even know a few, but I would still say on average from my experiences women are worse.
