My stomach turned just look at the picture. Think of the grease! (note: I am not a McDonalds hater)

So McDonalds is at the forefront of our war against China? Get them hooked on our diabetes food!

Rice is a lot worse for your blood sugar than this gross looking burger.

My comment was in jest. That being said, I'd happily eat only brown rice for a month while you only eat this burger for a month and we can see who is "healthier" at the end.

It is weird when you go to typical American fastfood joins oversea.

When I was in Asia, the local KFC, BK, PizzaHut, Domino, etc. have other "local flavor" stuffs in their menu along with the typical stuffs we have in the States. Such as soup, rice, etc.

Who said I was interested in the burger? It looks disgusting!

As a diabetic, I just find it funny when people throw around diabetes jokes thinking that certain foods "cause" it. I might have been more impressed if you just commented "Diabeetus!"

Enjoy your brown rice. I was talking about white rice. Asians eat a lot of rice, many Asians end up with diabetes because of simple sugars in their diets, like rice. In India, especially, people seem to be more affected with diabetes than in other Asian countries. Brown rice metabolizes into sugar slower than white rice so, it doesn't cause blood sugar spikes in the same way that white rice does.

I don't eat Brown rice because I think the shell around it is too hard and isn't as good as white rice, even still, I eat only an ice cream scoop of white rice at any given time.

...and yea, I really do use an ice cream scoop to measure.

Maybe you missed it, but I said it was in "jest". I am well aware of what causes diabetes.

jest = joke.

I specifically commented about people joking around about it. That's what you did right? I was not going off on you, I responded accordingly.

And good, I'm glad you atleast know that a nasty looking hamburger from McDonald's doesn't cause diabetes. ;)

No cheese. Somebody is seriously going to have a hard time processing that thing. I can only imagine the huge mass of meat going inside their colon.

I would accept your challenge, if such a burger was here in America
