yeah, wtf feta fries? i've been greek my whole life, and feta fries sounds like the dumbest thing ever. now, an omelette with feta, potato and locanico is amazing, but french fries? wrong.

i've had plenty of greek style patates me avga and much lookaniko - but i had a popular food truck for a couple years. a big hit was our Frites tossed with minced parsley, minced garlic, lemon zest and then topped off with a nice crumbled feta. gotta disagree with your assessment of feta with fries if done right.

we got so many raves for those frites.

I really don't care for all the crap. Malt vinegar on occasion! ketchup, salt and pepper. If the fries are good they can stand on their own. I suppose if they are awful then there's at least an excuse but I'll pass.
