my roomie is insisting on making chilli cheese dip to sooth the oh so overpowering muchies. i say no, we lack the second essential ingreident, velveeta cheese. he says that our mixed type, pre-shredded block cheese will do. (ie; sargento mexican cheese).

what do you guys use to make your chilli cheese dip?
