I never go to Chula Vista. This is yet another reason for me to avoid that area.

x2! Lets see, what good did the person who got capped think was going to happen? Hrmm, NOTHING MAYBE? If you pull over with another driver, you are obviously trying to start shit. Especially if you have kids in the car, you gotta be a sh1tbag yourself to pull over and "exchange words" which might endanger your kids.

The now dead victim could have threatened to kill the shooter driving the Civic, then the Civic driver did something about it. We have no idea...

..just as bad driving around here in SF and the bay area..too many people for the transportation infrastructure..it's only going to get worse as the population grows. I tend to drive slow and let em all fly by. So many people aggressively wanting to be first to the stop sign..signal..or freeway exit. They all seem to be engaged in somekind of psudo competition..of "me first"...........🙁
