As I sat this morning feeding my 8 week old daughter, watching the news with a tear rolling down my cheek I realized the following things....

There are thousands of children who won't get to see there mom, dad, grandpa, grandma, brother or sister again because they were killed today.

What I can't comprehend is what would make somebody believe that what they did could make life better for themselves and there children. There is no way anybody could justify these acts of violence. For those who celebrate these act's of violence around the world your no better than those who did them. It's very sad to see children in othere parts of the world celebrating the deaths of other children and childrens parents.

I am but just one man who never asked to be born into such a cruel world. There is nothing I can say or do that can change anything that has happened or will happen. My heart goes out to all the children of the world who will inevitably suffer from the act's that took place today.

Although it appears to be an attack on the United States it's really an attack on the safety and future of all the children of the world!!!

PS:This thread will most likely get lock'd but at least I'll get a chance to say it like it is.

I'm with you. I can't believe all of the people who won't have someone they love coming home tonight. I am very sad.:(

Amen to that one. I really cannot attempt to come to terms with the staggering loss of life today. I remember the news saying that they had set up a Triage center at the base of one of the buildings...then to see the entire thing come down on them was horiffing. Over 200 firefighters and I think 150 police died just to get others to safety.:( With the third building and the fall of nighttime I have no comfort in my thoughts right now.
