All kinds of odd stuff takes place in Jacksonville.
 
I have to doubt it is any sort of copycat thing, it's not like it's a swell idea someone was just waiting to try. If anything it might be the husband offed all of them hoping someone would think it's a copycat event.

Negative. Fayetteville is the home of Fort Bragg. Jacksonville is home to Camp Lejeune.
