Child Seat Manual revisions

I heard this on the radio this morning but couldn't find any links, so take it with a grain of salt...

Too many people are misusing child safety seats in their cars and putting their children in danger. Manufacturers decided to find out why and this is what they found. The manuals are written at a 10th grade reading level. People are messing it up because a majority read at a 5th grade level or below!

So they are going to dumb down the manuals....

Are people really that dumb?

My eyes get chapped all the time. Isn't that what Blistex is for?
