We all know that if you own child porn that you'll get in trouble because of the claims that "they were forced" and all of that stuff. If your filming it, I assume you'd also get in trouble for doing that. So I was wondering, if two underaged kids had sex on a webcam and broadcasted it online, who would get in trouble?

I seem to remember a story some months back about a girl who was charged with something like child pornography, even though the pictures were of herself, and she was putting them online for others to see.
 
Good Question; it Does come down to your own belief though. Best sex of my life was when I was underage though.

Yep, that comes to mind for me as well.
 
I'm not sure underaged kids can be charged with the same crimes that adults can in those cases, but they could be ordered to not touch computers or something like that I suppose.
