Chieftek wireless RF keyboard and mouse

I just recently purchased Chieftec wireless RF keyboard and mouse. I tried to install it on my pc which has Win2000 OS. Only the mouse works, the keyboard does not work. There is suppose to be a blue icon the lower right corner for kb, but it shows grey, there is ony standard kb driver in the OS. I tried this on a different OS, Windows XP, it works fine.
Any idea?
