I found this case on the chieftech site and was wondering if anyone has seen it anywhere for sale. I have been unable to find it on the sites that I know to check.

I am pretty sure Chieftec is just starting to distribute all of those cases. This site has some, but not that particular model you want.
 
Yep!...I`ve the DA-01BD one(black) in that link,I got mine here in the UK from here so don`t know about US sites,your best bet is to contact chieftec,
