To drag things out?

No, that's useless. The Court found for Vance and that is the end of it. This is a fantastic catastrophe for Trump who has exhausted all legal options related to prosecutable offenses. Congress not getting documents is almost irrelevant at this point as their part is over once Trump leaves Office and a restored DOJ invokes a Grand Jury subpoena for that information. Congress would have to petition the DOJ anyway if they found documents that warrant prosecution and so Trump gains nothing, not one second more than if the SCOTUS has ruled in favor of the House.

This really is the stake in Trump's greedy heart.

Trumps pissed “his” Supreme Court picks didn’t hand him what he wanted on a silver platter. Guess that shows an instance where an irrevocable appointment for life works for the better - the Supremes don’t have to worry about Trump firing them because he can’t.

He’s also pissed because he is not actually a dictator and can’t just get what he wants by asking for it.

You know, tantrums are pretty ugly in a toddler. They’re even more ugly in an alleged adult in his 70’s

Hmmm!..He seems awfully upset for someones whose tax returns show no evidence of misconduct, and were only held back from the public because they were under audit. He seems to be acting as though some government body seeing his tax returns will automatically result in a prosecution. Hmmm!, I wonder why...

This is a perfect example of Trump having 0 understanding of how the legal system is supposed to work. Except for Thomas and Alito being total useless political hacks, these other guys like to think they can think for themselves and they know the law. It sucks when you think loading a court with Republican conservatives you automatically don't get what you want Donnie, doesn't it.

Mexican Judge appointed by Corrupt Bill Clinton. So Unfair, shouldn't be hearing the case. Only Trump judges should be involved. Witch Hunt! Sleepy Joe had a Speeding Ticket once why won't the liberal media investigate that?!?

Subpoena for Trump tax returns heading back to Supreme Court after President dealt another setback

"The Manhattan district attorney can obtain President Donald Trump's tax returns a federal appeals court ruled, dealing the president another setback in his effort to shield his tax returns from prosecutors but the case is heading to the Supreme Court in a further delay of the investigation."

...and the never-ending back and forth continues.

It's insane that he can just keep delaying over and over. The SC already ruled, time to make him pound sand.

Appears we are one stop from the end of the bus line. Doesn’t look likely they will be released before the election but likely soon after the election.
Only kink and both are possible. The SC says nope President is not required to do so or the SC says yes the President is required to do so and Mazars (the tax firm) refuses to do so because reasons...
Then shit gets real interesting.
