Chicken Recipie

Hey, i am cooking dinner for a few friends tonight and i have the strongest feeling that something is missing from this recipie. Deboned chicken breast seasoned with garlic salt and a little all purpose chicken seasoning with some melted cheddar, grilled onions, and portabella mushrooms.

What is the one ingredient you would add to it? Im thinking it might not be an ingredient but a certain side dish? Might be along the lines of lightly flavored rice?

Chicken is easy- rice, salad, perhaps some asparagus.

Nothing could be easier than rice pilaf.

Brown thin egg noodles in butter, pour in twice as much chicken broth as rice, slow boil until liquid is almost gone. Turn off heat and cover. Let sit for 10 min.

Actually, anything browned in butter as the base for the boiling of the rice can be considered pilaf. I'll do mushrooms, onions, garlic and use brown rice for a change-up.
