italian dressing is a great marinade for chicken.

On a side note, I tried some 30 Minute Marinade from the store, Havana Garlic and Lime....it was awesome!!

why? it's always a good idea to put your poultry or pork in a brine

i'd do garlic, lime and honey.. some salt and peper before the grill and your'e set..
