Chicken high in cholestorol?

I checked the package and it lists that
one serving = 4 ounces
cholestorol = 25% of daily value per serving.

The chicken I bought is chicken tenders so it is boneless and skinless. Is chicken bad for you?

128 ounces? That's 8 LBS of Chicken. That's not much cholestorol for 8 Lbs of Chicken Bubba

Depends on what part of the chicken, the chest without skin contains very little fat and extremely little cholesterol...

If you're scared of high cholesterol then add other fats to up your good cholesterol...

Use oliveoil for cooking, take Omega 3 supplements, try to ingest a diet where the Omega 3 and Omega 6 oils are in balance... you do need some cholesterol as your body needs it to make various hormones, like testosterone...
