"chicken fried bacon"

the restaurant gets bonus points if the oil in the fryer is recycled from cooking steak.
 
I think 'chicken fried' means that the bacon is fried the same way chicken is.. It looked disgusting, though.

Sodilacks(sp?) is great as are their steaks. I went there twice when I lived in College Station(Snook is 15-20 minutes away).
 
Reminds me of the time I had deep fried snicker bars.
God that was amazingly tasty yet mentally disgusting. You have to try it once. I think if you try it again you will die so only try it once.
