Chick tosses baby in dumpster and it looks like she'll get away with it

I saw this on the local news when I was at lunch today. I guess they found a dead baby in a dumpster last year and identified it as Holly Ashcroft's. Since then she pleaded guilty, posted bail, hired attorney Mark Geragos, and I watched her walk out of the court room after a postponement of her arraignment.

Her attorney wants the murder charges droppped because... blah, blah, blah.


The crazy part is that this is the second "secret pregnancy" that this girl has had. She showed up at the hospital bleeding after the first one, but they never found the first dead baby so there was no conviction. 😕


Editorial: She's got a decent body, she's clearly nuts, she totally puts out... she's a winnar!!
 
yeah she has a hot body. to bad she is screwed up in the head. hope she goes to jail for a long time

And since she is attractive, and can probably fake a sweet, innocent face, she can pretty much get away with anything with the right judge.

The law states that all she has to do is walk in to the nearest hospital, fire dept or hospital... hand over the baby and walk away, no questions asked.

Why she chose to do what she did is beyond me.

I was about to post the same. Its so easy to get rid of a kid now and NOT go to jail or be on the news.

Though I imagine that many more women do as you've suggested rather than as Miss Ashcraft has done.

Yep, it's really sad to see this. Such an attractive young woman screwing her life up for NO reason at all. And preventing 2 lives from entering this world now. That's some messed up sh1t.

What does her being attractive have to do with anything? It doesn't matter if she was fugly as hell, what she did was unspeakable.
 
First I thought that the babies would have been worse off, had they lived 🙁 But nobody has the right to say that.

Anyways, this girl is a prime candidate for sterilization.
