Just moved to the city and need a new bank with some local branches. Some friends have said good things about Chase. Any thoughts? Good or bad?

Any other suggestions? This will be my personal account.
 
I'd pick Citi but that's because I have their sweet online savings account deal. Chase def has the most ATM's around the Chicago area but Chase sucks according to everyone I asked. I chose Citi after hearing their horror stories.
