Chicago folks... best cab service to get from O'Hare?

Going back to school, (Evanston) and need to be picked up at the airport tomorrow around 8am. Any suggestions or should I just hail a cab after getting my bag?
 
Seriously, catch the Blue line and transfer to the Red line to Evanston and get a cab at the station. It will probably be faster than trying to head into town during the morning rush.
 
303 taxi or northshore taxi, for suburban taxi companies its a flat rate of 4X dollars

don't just hail a cab, downtown to subarbs in 1.5X meter
