So, I WAS going to go to Santa Monica over my Christmas vacation from work, but long story short, I'm no longer talking to the "friend" I was going to go with, and I don't really feel like going there anymore.

So I got to thinking. I could hop in the 350Z, cruise up to Chi-town, take in some sites, have a little fun.

So yeah....where eyou come in is....what the hell is there to do in Chicago? What pre-requisite "touristy" places, what good restaraunts, what good....stuff....?

I'd really appreciate any input, I've got about a week of time to kill, will be taking my own car (anyone know how likely I am to be royally screwed if I drive a 350Z around Chicago in the dead of winter? I would RATHER not rent a car, but, you know, it beats the whole dying in a flaming wreck thing.)

Thanks for the input, if anyone else has anything else to add, please feel free.

Even if I don't PACK my trip full of activities, it will be nice to wake up in a different place for a week. :)
